Promotional and Fundraising Intern
- Location: London
- Working hours: Flexible (Minimum of one office day per week)
- Renumeration: Expenses paid
The role of promotional and fundraising intern is key to the future development of The Invitation as an organisation. The intern will be involved in managing Invitation-sponsored events, raising the profile of The Invitation in the media and developing appeals to raise financial support for the project.
Key Tasks:
- Planning and managing regular Invitation-sponsored events.
- Developing the regular promotional 'email-shot'.
- Raising the profile of The Invitation in the media (including social media) and amongst relevant organisations and individuals.
- Developing regular appeals.
Person Specification:
- Graduate/student, preferably with experience in promotional and/or
fundraising work. - Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Understanding of media/social media.
